Habitat Conservation

The Habitat Committee focuses on creating and enhancing wildlife habitats throughout our community. We provide support for projects that range from backyard habitat installations to larger public initiatives. Past projects have included installing bat houses, barn owl nesting boxes, and raptor perches to support natural pest control.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to improve the INWC council property by planting native, drought-resistant species to create bird- and bee-friendly habitats. These efforts align with our mission to preserve and restore the natural environment for local wildlife. Stay updated on upcoming projects, and consider joining us as a volunteer to make a meaningful impact on our local ecosystems.
