Behind Every Great Show Is a Great Crew

It takes a small army to put on the Big Horn Outdoor Adventure Show, and our volunteers are it! Spend a few days on the crew and you’ll be right in the thick of the action, working alongside fellow outdoor lovers and passionate vendors, and helping thousands of attendees walk away with an experience they’ll remember.

As a volunteer, you’ll help bring the whole show to life; welcoming guests, supporting exhibitors, and lending a hand with the attractions and the day-to-day logistics. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how a major event comes together, alongside a team that shares your love of the outdoors. A few reasons to join us:

  • Earn Master Hunter Hours: Working toward your WDFW Master Hunter certification or keeping it current? Every hour you volunteer at the Big Horn Show counts toward your Master Hunter service hours.
  • Meet Like-Minded People: Connect with outdoor lovers who share your passion for adventure, nature, and conservation.
  • Gain Experience: Build your résumé, pick up new skills, or simply learn how a big event runs.
  • Enjoy the Perks: Get access to the show, volunteer swag, and the chance to meet exhibitors and industry leaders.
  • Make a Difference: Every hour you give helps power INWC’s wildlife conservation work across the Inland Northwest.
  • Have Fun: Expect an action-packed few days full of laughter, camaraderie, and stories you’ll be telling for years.
